Intellectual Property Protection

CloudFace Vision Engine™ is the exclusive intellectual property of Elephic Intelligence Private Limited ("the Company"). All source code, algorithms, face recognition models, API architecture, database schemas, UI designs, brand assets, and associated documentation are protected under:

The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
The Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India)
Applicable international intellectual property treaties

Prohibited Actions — Strict Enforcement

The following actions constitute violations of our intellectual property rights and/or contractual terms and will be pursued legally without exception:

Cloning or copying CloudFace AI or CloudFace Vision — including copying UI design, feature structure, API architecture, or branding
Building competing products using our API, technology, or any knowledge derived from access to our systems
Reverse engineering our face recognition engine, models, or algorithms
Unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or systems
Misrepresenting our technology as your own or removing attribution
Sharing credentials or enabling unauthorized third-party access to our API

Consequences of Violation

Any individual or entity found to be in violation of these terms will face:

Immediate and permanent termination of all API access without refund
Civil litigation for damages, including lost revenue, legal costs, and punitive damages
Criminal complaint under the Information Technology Act, 2000 where applicable
Injunctive relief to immediately cease all infringing activity
Public disclosure of the violation where legally permissible

⚠️ We actively monitor API usage patterns for signs of competitive intelligence gathering, model probing, and unauthorized use. Violations are detected and logged automatically.

Jurisdiction

All legal matters arising from use of CloudFace Vision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India, specifically the courts in Sector 48, Gurugram. Indian law applies in all cases.

For international disputes, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action in the jurisdiction where the infringing party is located in addition to Indian courts.
